In this episode, I welcome back Financial Coach Jen Reid and Certified Master Hypnotherapist Julie Costa joins us to talk about Hypnotherapy, NLP or (neuro-linguistic programming) and the power of reprogramming our subconscious mind.
According to research up to 80% or more of the decisions we make every day are made without conscious thought by our subconscious mind. Our emotions and past experience help to form our beliefs and our mindsets around everything in our lives and this is true for money as well.
So if we have limiting beliefs about money like the classic "I'm bad with money", chances are these feelings and mindsets were formed in childhood and are having a negative impact in our adult lives. We hear often and everywhere that we should "change our mindset" but how do we actually do that? That's where hypnotherapy comes in.
